About the event
At this event, Cherokee Nation Attorney General Sara Hill will provide an update on several federal court cases that have a direct impact on the Cherokee and other tribal nations.
Conversation will include the McGirt descision as well as the Indian Child Welfare Act.
She will also describe the extraordinary efforts the AG's office has made in the past two years to expand its capacity in preparation to take on significant increases in criminal and civil jurisdiction awarded by McGirt.
